Una rosa..la bellezza per eccellenza. 

Questa rosa è del mio giardino e vi assicuro..profumatissima. Quindi prendiamoci un attimo per ricaricarci. 

Spegni la tv o la musica e fai silenzio intorno a te. 

Concentra il tuo sguardo su di essa e fai un paio di respiri profondi. 

Lascia la tua mente vagare ma cerca di riportarla all'immagine della bellezza più grande..un fiore al massimo del suo splendore e ricaricati della sua forza ed energia.

This rose is from my garden and I assure you .. fragrant. 

So let's take a moment to recharge. 

Turn off the TV or music and then silence around you.

Concentrate your gaze on it and make a couple of deep breaths. 

Let your mind wander, but it wants to bring the image of the greatest beauty .. a flower to its full splendor and reloaded his strength and energy.

ESSERE SE STESSE...LA PIU' GRANDE SFIDA

E' bellissimo alzarsi al mattino felici per la nuova giornata in arrivo perché abbiamo tante cose belle da fare. Cose importanti per la nostra anima, belle per la nostra vita, importanti per noi stesse. Si può certo iniziare col mettersi un vestito che rispecchi il nostro spirito del giorno. Non un vestito di moda, e neanche un vestito adatto a quello che dovremo fare o all'ambiente che dovremo frequentare. Ma un vestito per noi! 
Io oggi sono così...e basta!


It is great  to get up in the morning happy day for the new arrival because we have so many things to do. Important things for our soul, beautiful in our lives that are important to ourselves.You can certainly start by putting on a dress that reflects our spirit of the day. Not a dress in fashion, or even a dress fitting for what we do or the environment that we attend. But a suit for us!
Today I am so ... Do it!
